For nearly a century, Elgin was the heartbeat of the American watchmaking. Its craftsmen trained generations of watchmakers, created timepieces worn by soldiers, travelers, and families across the world, and shaped the identity of our community. Today, their legacy still lives in the watches, buildings, and stories they left behind.

We are the modern stewards of that history. As partners with the Elgin History Museum, and caretakers of the historic Watch Depot, we’re working to document its restoration, uncover the people behind the craft, and share the incredible stories that made Elgin a global name in precision, innovation, and American ingenuity.
